Order Cancellation Policy

At We are MFEO, we strive to make your shopping experience quick, simple, and hassle-free. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change. Below, you'll find our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Window

You have the option to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Due to our fast order processing at our Sydney warehouse, we may not always be able to stop or cancel shipping after this time.

To cancel your order, please send an email to support@wearemfeo.com as soon as possible after making your purchase. Please include your order number and contact information in your message so we can quickly identify your order and process your cancellation.

After the Cancellation Window

After 2 hours of placing your order, it may already be in the process of being picked, packed, or shipped, so we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your shipment to return the item for a refund.

Errors in the Delivery Address

If you notice an error in your delivery address (incorrect unit number, missing street suffix, wrong postcode, etc.), please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@wearemfeo.com and we will do our best to correct it before your package ships.

After this time, the order may have already been dispatched. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional return or reshipment costs.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Please note that some products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed — this applies particularly to:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout

Information about the inability to cancel such products will be clearly displayed during the order process, before payment is completed.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Order Cancellation Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of the cancellation window.
