Welcome to We are MFEO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wearemfeo.com (the "Website") and any purchases you make through it. The Website is operated by CFG607 Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 79185027), trading as "We are MFEO."

By accessing or using the Website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. These documents together form the agreement between you and We are MFEO.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Australian law.

3. Account Registration

You may browse and purchase as a guest, or create an account for a faster checkout experience. If you create an account, you agree to:

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even if your order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

A contract of sale is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. An order confirmation email is acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance.

We accept payments through the following methods, processed by our secure payment partners (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards). Payment is taken at the time of order placement.

You warrant that any payment method used belongs to you (or that you are authorised to use it) and that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction. We do not store full credit card details — all payment information is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant processors.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is only available within Australia. Delivery times, costs, and methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process, eligibility, and timelines are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved regardless of any provision in these Terms (see Section 11 below).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to the "We are MFEO" name, logo, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs, illustrations, icons, and software — is owned by or licensed to CFG607 Limited and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works of any content on this Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of products you intend to purchase.

10. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable Australian or international laws or regulations
• Use the Website to transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any malicious code

• We are MFEO and CFG607 Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or our products.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFG607 Limited, We are MFEO, and our directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Your misuse of the Website or products purchased

You and We are MFEO agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any purchase made through it.

19. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@wearemfeo.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 30 days where possible.

If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may also escalate the complaint to:

• The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for consumer law matters
• Your state or territory's fair trading office

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and We are MFEO regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

22. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labour disputes, supplier failures, internet or utility outages, or shipping carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on you and to fulfil our obligations as soon as practicable.
